The Aitkin Retired Workers Network (ARWN) is a database of retired people in Aitkin County that is intended to give businesses in Aitkin County access to the talent and experience retired workers can bring to the workforce table. ARWN is building a database of retired people that desire to work in the area, on their own terms and schedule, and it will then reach out to local businesses and find out their needs. ARWN will then bring together good matches and the business and retired worker will then be free to negotiate agreeable terms and get to work.
