ARWN is a community based non-profit organization that was conceived as way Aitkin area businesses can take advantage of the wealth of talent and experience that the retired population of the area. ARWN is developing an ongoing database that will identify local retired people, isolate their experience and talents and then match them with local businesses that need reliable, experienced and much needed help.
